Alright. This is a thing that has happened 4 times at this point and repeating the song and dance on Chat is getting nowhere. So Im just going to make a blanket statement here, to be linked in the future, for all to see till either I leave DA or the internet just goes ka-put.

*taps microphone* Dominatrixes. I've been apart of the kink community at this point for over 12 years. Yes, I have no practical experience with someone as a master/mistress. HOWEVER! That does not mean Im stupid enough to give a blanket yes statement to having someone run roughshod over my consent and personal autonomy to making decisions about what play to engage in or not to engage in.

If that is not what you are looking for, don't message me. Cause I for damn sure am going to play with your expectations to figure out what exactly you want from me without committing to a damn thing cause:

 1. I don't know you.

 2. I don't *trust* you.

 3. You don't know me. I figure you don't even want me personally, just the "idea" of me.

Now. With all of that said, the best way to get me around to the idea of just generally interacting with me? Be nice! Be fun! Be flirty! I ain't difficult (much), and if we together establish a good vibe and I like you? You'd be amazed at what I'd agree to.

Anyway, really just wanted to get that off my chest. If a rando doesn't appear again asking if I want to sub for them as a result, so be it.

This week, actually having started on monday rather than today when I technically clock as the start of the workout week, is the dredged beginning of "Abs". Ive done it before, weightlifting in highschool, so I have a solid foundation which is more than most. But holy *shit* does this shit suck. XD

Right now I have two workouts: Ab Crunches into Twists, and Leg Lifts.

A regular sit up is good for beginners as it allows the whole muscle group to stretch slowly going up and down. I ain't doing that, mostly because I don't have the proper space for it*. What I am doing instead is that I start sitting straight up, go down about halfway to 3/4ths of the way down, then forcing myself to stop and go back up. Hence, a crunch. This makes the muscle grouping in the stomach work "harder" since you are tensing going down and up rather than having a relaxation period. Then twists are holding yourself at the halfway point then rotating from side to side.

(*yet)

These are not easy, in fact Im dumb for doing them right now, but its a "faster" way to getting decent abs if one should so choose. Which I have so here we are.

The other thing I am doing is a Leg Lift which is a new exercise for me. Essentially you lie flat, sitting on your hands to give you bum a bit of elevation, then lifting your legs (which are straight out) straight up, and back down going slow. Now remember when I said I had a good foundation for ab workouts? That is the only reason I can do crunches at the moment.

This workout hits a mid-section at a different angle and *boy* do they suuuuck lol. Im more sore doing it then doing the normal crunches into twists! However, soreness means its working as the muscle groups tear and reform new muscle to compensate for the new exercise. Very excited.

Also I never actually mentioned this, but would anyone be curious to know the routine in question? Its all calisthenics so its low impact, no weights, just repeated exercises focusing on specific muscle groups which for me are upper thighs, butt, and now abs. If are say so and I'll make a separate status update about it. Why? In case you want to do it yourself. Gotta say, I've had results in only a month so if it works for me, it can work for anyone that wants to give it a go at the ol "Self-Improvement".

So. Its been a long freaking time since I've written one of these and I am sort of musing on what it is I actually want to do with this profile. I had started on a few projects a year or two ago, shit happened, and all of them fell by the wayside.

However, weird as it sounds, things are picking up again and I am in the creative "mood" so to speak. So what I wanted to do is to bridge it with the people who still interact here. Should I: A. Continue the strong of the CYOA lady collectively voted on when I had a prime membership to make polls, though this time you'd have to actually comment the option you would want to do.

Our CYOA Herione

B. Continue to make images/stories of the adventures of the Dragonborn Cleric Thava Gildedhorn as she continues to attempt adventuring despite everyone trying to truss her up?

Thava Gildedhorn, Dragonborn Cleric of Helm (RPG)

C. Start entirely from scratch with one of my other fantasy based character Mischief as she also attempts to navigate a fantasy world as a both a magnet for bad luck but being utterly prepared for every situation she finds herself in?

Mischief the Merchant

Decide now, or don't, I don't tell you what to do. :P

To break up the monotony of going through a bunch of session updates, I figured this would be a good opportunity to explain what precisely happened within the Soldervi Expanse to lead to where we were in the story. Mostly because its dang cool to talk about it and these are my journals so I can do what I want with them. : P

When random rolling for the system, it had come up as being Ill-Omened. Part of the characterization of an Ill-Omened system is that it takes a ton of morale penalties when/if a morale test is failed, but only if the people that go to the system don't know about it. Both parties did, the first being a combination of Space Marine/Imperial Navy then followed by Lady Scylla, so that part wasn't necessary. However, as the GM, if I decided that the Ill-Omen nature of the system is valid then I could have some fun with the minds of the crews that break.

So, when the earlier convoy was ambushed and split in two, the Imperial navy portion that went out to the second (and very much worse) planet cracked hard. They were also boarded by pursuing Ork ships forcing them to defend themselves for their very lives. Despite their successes, their minds were gone at that point forcing them to adopt new identities in order to survive the madness. As the Orks were the only thing available, that is what they modeled themselves after.

The whole crew, I should note, did not succumb that easily. Had Lady Scylla decided to check the back corner where the aisle rows had been piled up, she would have found the remnants of the bridge command crew which had take their last stand within the Chapel using it as a means of rallying what little they had against the swarm of pseudo-Orks. It is also important to note that after the Orks died, they let off a ton of spores that burrow around the ship looking for places to pollinate to create a new generation of Orks. Difficult to do on a mostly sterile ship, so instead when they were breathed in by the crew (normal or otherwise) its started affecting their minds something fierce.

That may or may not be "canon" accurate, but it was my game and to me that sounded plausible.

Anyway, these now infected humans reproduced carrying these genes to the next generation until finally most of the colony believed themselves to be Ork rather than human. This wasn't the case for all of them though, as one of the civilian transports managed to get away unscathed. They were still forced to land on the planet's surface though, mostly in fear of the now compromised Imperial Diplomacy, and spent the next 400 years having their various colonies raided for un-tainted men and women in order to continue to keep the corrupted Ork colony going.

By the time Lady Scylla arrived, there was only one human-centered colony left on the planet that was on its last legs. Fortunately they were saved and thus able to have a version of a happy ending for them.

Alright, with that said, the next journal will continue the updates to the session as it stands.
